Every receipt is logged, timestamped, and handled under strict sourcing rules (date, origin, chain of custody). When the evidence meets our standards, we publish and act. We do not publish rumors. We publish verified revelations. APRs emergency protocols are real and precise: automated monitoring detects threats or extended silence, triggers outreach, and escalates to human review. We keep privacy and source protection non-negotiable — anonymous or safeguarded submissions are supported. Note: every receipt submitted is securely stored and immediately reported into our monitoring stream with Agent X for follow-up and prioritization; that’s part of our workflow, not who we are.
